Are you looking to lower your blood pressure, burn body fat, improve your balance, and make new friends?  Then you may want to check out the fastest growing sport in America called Pickleball.  According to Heathways Fit, an online active adult community, you can burn up to 250 calories in a 30 minute casual game.  But more importantly, Pickleball is a social game, and research has always indicated the physical health benefits of socializing were equal to physical exercise.12_IMG_2176
