Don’t miss 19 miles of bargains during the annual Sale on the Trail, hosted by the Chamber of Hickory Nut Gorge, Saturday, April 20th from 8-2 p.m.

The sale stretches along US Highway 74A from Gerton to Bills Creek.

Merchants and residents will be offering a variety of items including custom arts and crafts, clothes, sporting goods, household items, and more.

Come early for the best deals. The sale offers residents a great way to “recycle” unused items just in time for spring cleaning.  It also provides area business owners with special opportunity to attract customers with a fun “Sale on the Trail” sidewalk sale.

A limited number of individual vendor spaces are available in Lake Lure at Morse Park only through the Chamber for $15, $20, and $25 for 10 x10, 10 x 20, or 10 x 30 space.  No electricity is available and no tables or chairs are provided. Reserve your space online at hickorynutchamber.org or call the chamber office at 828-625-2725 Monday through Friday, 10 am – 2 pm. The office is closed on Wednesdays. Email: info@hickorynutchamber.org

Celebrating its tenth year, this fund-raising event supports the programs and work of the Chamber. All money raised stays supports the Chamber’s ongoing efforts at advancing the Gorge as a great place to live, work, and play.

For more than 25 years the Chamber of Hickory Nut Gorge has served as a catalyst for the creation of activities and opportunities for both visitors and residents by promoting an atmosphere that encourages visitation, business growth and a strong sense of community.
